Carlo Amleto is a young Sicilian musician, singer-songwriter, and actor. He began his career as a jazz pianist and composer, while also completing professional acting training in Rome at the European Union Academy of Theater and Cinema in Cinecittà and the Paolo Grassi Civic School of Theatre.In 2018, he appeared in the national premiere of the stage adaptation of Shakespeare in Love, directed by Giampiero Solari. Around the same period, he developed Contenuti Zero, a variety-style theatrical format featuring young artists from the new Italian creative scene.His major breakthrough came in 2022 through appearances on Zelig (Canale 5) and Bar Stella (Rai 2), where his format Tg0 became a viral hit on social media. In collaboration with Officine Buone, he also created the project #DottorAmleto, in which he “treats” artists with music, featuring contributions from artists such as Negramaro, Brunori Sas, and Samuele Bersani.In May 2023, he released his debut album Facciamo che io ero, blending music, comedy, and theater. In 2024, he appeared on several popular television shows and launched his first successful theater tour, Scherzo numero 1 – Opera prima, selling out more than 30 dates. Since 2025, he has been a regular presence on GialappaShow, and in 2026 he will join the cast of LOL: Chi Ride è Fuori.
