General

Minimum age for concerts and events.

"In general, there is no minimum age for concerts unless otherwise stated on the specific event page on this website. Children and young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and must wear proper hearing protection. For club events, the minimum age is generally 18 years."

Stages

Are there lockers available?

Yes, during an event you can store your belongings in a locker. You can pay by card at one of the designated machines to get a locker coin. The cost of a locker is €4,-.

When are the rooms open and accessible?

The rehearsal rooms are open daily from Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 until 00:00.

What is included in a room?

Besides of course a good bed, all our rooms have WiFi, a shower, a safe, a TV and a minibar.

Café

When is the café open?

The Q-Factory Café is open on Monday and Sunday from 08:00 until 23:00 and from Tuesday to Sunday from 08:00 until 00:00.
